AlveoAI is for studying, not for patient records. Don't enter anything that could identify a real patient: names, dates of birth, health card or chart numbers, phone numbers or addresses.
As a safeguard, AlveoAI checks every message. If it spots something that looks like patient information, it warns you before sending, and our server removes what it finds before anything reaches our AI provider or your memory.
To discuss a real case, describe it without identifiers: "a 45-year-old with…" rather than a name.
